Dnata has stop operating the Premier Lounge check-in counter as mentioned in previous post here.
So you will have to check in at the Business Class row or dedicated OneWorld alliance counter.
Dnata Skyview lounge is located at Terminal 1, Changi Airport. Quite a number of airlines frequent flyer club membership including priority pass holder are admissible to this lounge.
The food is same old same old, the wine option has changed. It can get very crowded at times. Reading materials are up to date! =)
