The tickets can be bought at the Trenitalia kiosk or ticket counters, they all speak English.
You can also select English on the automatic ticket machine. The
express takes you from the airport into Rome Termini train station/ bus
station in under 40 minutes, skipping all the road traffic. The
compartments are modest. Remember to validate the tickets (essentially get a hole punched/ ink stamped) prior to boarding at the machines on the
platform. It is highly recommended to use Leonardo Express than the bus (6 Euros one way)
