Roma Mia at Piazza Costaguti 15 Roma 00186 Italy, is a little hole in a wall tucked in the corner of a small cobble stone parking lot. To my surprise, the restaurant is quite big on the inside with multiple sections of seating. The weather was really hot in summer. The thick gravel stone wall kept the inside of the restaurant cool and refreshing.
The kitchen took their time to prepare honest food, service is good too. Highlight would be the Tonnarelli al gorgonzola (Tonnarelli coated with just the right amount of Blue Cheese), it was really well balance, not overpowering by the blue cheese (So inspired to recreate this dish at home, all you need is pasta, blue cheese and parmesan for topping) The tripe in a pot - roman style was really good too. Restaurant like this deserves good review.
