The Grand Hotel Karel V s a five-star hotel in a beautiful Utrecht, Netherlands; centrally located 14th Century monastery. It was later turned into a Military Hospital and a hotel after. There is so much history in this hotel. I stayed in the new Roman-themed wing.
Conveniently located right in the city center and within walking distance to the station. It is ideal to stay here when visiting Utrecht, you literally see bar and restaurant just a step outside the hotel backdoor gate. The rooms are well equipped with amenities and furniture to make yourself feel at home. Free apples at the hotel lobby. Definitely will come back whenever I have the chance.
