Dinner at Cichetti was surprisingly good, knowing that there are only a few authentic Italian Restaurant in Singapore. This two storey restaurant tucked in the Kandahar Street where a few number of restaurants and bars are sprouting.
Highlight would be the 4 cheeses pizza, meatballs, branzino, parpardelle ragu and both the desserts.
Cichetti is doing it right, allowing the ingredient to shine without adding too much modern twist.
