One of my childhood past time is visiting Jing Chew bakery with my dad. He still brings me there 3pm sharp everytime we get a chance! Between 3 to 4pm is the time when the buns are hot out of the oven. I love the toasted Yellow Bread spread with canned coconut jam and tucked with a piece of butter in between! They also serve a variety of baked goods from Red Bean Paste Bun, Peanut Butter Bun and more
