Small bay tucked under the stunning Oia, but actually is an old fishing village
of this island. White houses surrounded by the enormous red cliffs of
the caldera and dozens of donkeys who wait for you to climb together up to Oia. On the other hand, the walk down from Oia is a different story. Hot weather, hundreds
of steps and loads of donkey poo are to be expected during your way
down or up.
Lucky for me, I made plans and drove there with a rental car or an ATV. I get to skip the treacherous heat and donkey "poopy trap" to go up and down in order to return to Oia. Enjoy a pint of beer or seafood restaurant available there.
