Tsunahachi Tempura Restaurant is a long running tempura establishment. I was disappointed with their uni tempura. The rest of the tempura were alright. The restaurant can be very crowded but fast in seating the patron. Most tourist wait for their bar counter seats to witness tempura fryer at work.
My favorite is the shrimp head tempura! So crispy, packed with flavors!
