Omakase dinner at Hotel Futaba was an experience I could not forget. Wildly because I had live abalone cooked infront of me. I was a bit uncomfortable watching the abalone twist and twitch on the hot flame. Felt a bit helpless as a human being, I didn't do anything to stop it. To make things worst, I was the culprit that ate it! It tasted really good actually!
The abalone was the highlight of the omakase!
Hotel Futaba excellent service and cuisine.
