Palomar seems to be the it restaurant in London that everyone are trying to get into.
They Palestinian Cuisine in tapas format where guest can share little dishes of flavor bomb.
Disappointed with the starter "Rip and Dip" but wow by the mains "Stove.Josper.Plancha"!
Avoid their cocktails and starter, it may be a historical Yemeni Pot Baked Bread but not worth the calories.
I say just jump right into their mains where the flavor bombs are.
The Jerussalem Mix was so good, the octopus with hummus was delicious and Siske Pork Belly was pressure-cooked to perfection!
For dessert, I had rose-scented milk pudding which was alright.
Goodtip: Arrive early, bar seats are up for grab, reservation is possible for dine-in tables.
