Japanese rice and Miso Soup
Pear Sherbet and Kyoho Grape, Persimmon and a Blueberry

The progression of their dinner is good.  The highlight would be the clear soup with Matsutake Mushroom and Grilled green pepper with chicken-based miso.
The Shinshu beef was marbly and sweet.

Multi-course Japanese dinner after an onsen bath is such a luxury.
