Here you get fresh and nutty ice cream, ingredient like brown rice and various grains mix in with milk. Sobok is made with grain ice cream topped with small amounts of sweet pumpkin, dried persimmon, rice cakes (injeolmi) and glaze with syrup. Each bowl is garnished with a fresh chrysanthemum flower. I think the flower is edible but I didn't eat it =)
They introduce new flavour : Strawberry
