First Class tickets entitles you to the Business Lounge in Keleti (Eastern) Railway Station, there is a reception to check your first class tickets prior to enter the lounge. You may help yourself to cold and warm drinks and snacks, which are free of charge. The lounge is not that big, sockets and reading lights are available. For our passengers’comfort, railjet trains to Vienna and Munich depart from Platform Nr 9, right outside the Business Lounge, thus enabling you to stay in the lounge right until the train is ready to depart.

The train ticket sales office is split into 2 area: Domestic and International.
The domestic sales counter is in the basement, while the international sales counter is on the ground level beside the train tracks within Keleti Palyaudvar Station. They speak English and have printed timetables if you require it. All major credit cards are accepted.
