Cenang beach is just 15 mins ride from Langkawi airport, there are lots of water activities here. Although its just a long stretch of sandy beach.
The shallow beach is ideal for family with young children.
I did not see any major resort that stands out.
Its mostly boutique hotels and motels that fill up the strip.
There are lots of restaurants, shops, convenient store and take out,
so meal options are widely available.
