Gyorai Ramen also known as Torpedo Ramen. They uses coffee distillery to extract dashi from bonito flakes. Its good to see fish stock base (dashi) ramen making wave against the usual pork or chicken stock base ramen.

It is a little confusing as there is no english menu on their vending machine. Cash is necessary for vending machine order. Take sometime for the owner to explain what's on offer. There is options to choose what condiments you would like... as some people may not like bamboo shoots.
Ultimately you won't order wrongly, all the ramen with dashi soup is constant and only the condiments are variables..
