Modern take of Balinese cuisine, from traditional flavor combination to minimalist plating skill. I must say I am impressed, the food were on spot except some vegetable dishes.
The interior and ambience transported you to nothing resemble Bali. The tall ceiling gave the opulent sensation and the light and clean lines shows futuristic space.
The food are great. I did not like the pumpkin and cauliflower & octopus.
The rest of the dishes were flawless. The flavors are spot on.
Some of the dishes remained unchanged to the traditional recipe.
The only update would be the presentation and use of adorable young vegetable.
Had a great time celebrating my birthday here.
Would definitely come back for more. side note: Its very expensive and almost price similarly to Singapore restaurant pricing.
