This is by far one of best hidden find in Bali. Its on the way to Twin Lake in Bali. No parts of the pig were gone to waste. The rice dish is comprise of pork belly, pulled pork, pork intestine sausage, pork bone soup. Its sweet, salty, sour and umami at the same time.
I can guarantee one portion is not enough.
