SATS Premier Lounge at Terminal 2 has multiple airlines utilizing this lounge: Royal Brunei Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Scoot, Tiger Airways and more.
The lounge is very outdated interior and the toilet is really dark. The food selection are nothing worth mentioning. However to my surprise, white wine and red wine are readily available. I was on the morning flight, most lounge kept the alcohols out of sight until 12pm.
Its a functional lounge but I would never pay extra on Tiger or Scoot for this lounge. Its dilapidated interior and food were not worthy of the lounge access. It just doesn't felt premier at all.
