The highlight would be the Supreme Bisque soup, whole abalone and sea cucumber, steamed sea perch fillet and salted egg yolk prawns.
The lousier dish are the lambshank and steamed rice with preserved meat.
An average of $127 per pax with a bottle of wine
Its a hit and miss. Highly recommended if you can switch the lambshank and steamed rice out.
If not, its not that value for money.
