The Cardamom private chef dining is exorbitantly priced for what its worth. I can safely say that its the most expensive Indian meal I ever had. This dinner will set you USD$225 per person (Not inclusive of wine or sparkling water/ bottled water). Dinner here for 2 persons and wine cost about USD$700. Mind as well eat at Cut by Wolfgang Puck? 

I don't recommend this menu to anyone. I rather eat else where for the menu. The ingredients are without a doubt really fresh. It really didn't justify the price. Even the BBQ buffet USD95++ per person was way better.

The only perks was you get to dine in complete privacy, however it wasn't all that private as we end up chatting with the Server and Chef about working life on the Huvafen Fushi Island. It was a great insights to their daily routine on the island.
