Maldivian Night themed buffet at Celsius and Fogliani's is a great introduction to Maldivian cuisine. Huvafen Fushi only host this dinner theme every Monday. The display set up is outdoor and sandy, I tried almost all the curry variety and I am so stuffed. The funny thing is that the entire island seemed to opt for this dinner. I suppose the island stinks curries the next day after all the hotel guests had passed motion. Just a funny thought. =)
