30ml of Drambuie in a brandy glass.
The glass is swirled before the alcohol is lit.
Cup the top of the glass with your palm until the flame dies down.

I hate VODKA... lol... all these are nicer... SLURP.. all flamming alcohol after taste are SWEET.....
