Toyama is a coastal town with access to many seafood! Randomly read this online reviews of this sushi place and went for it. Dinner of Assorted 13 types of Sushi 4500 YEN plus plus!
It was great but not the best presentation. I don't understand why the sushi master cut all my nigiri sushi into half, probably for bite size purpose.
it was fresh fishes and fun to watch everyone ate off the lacquered red bar by hand or chopsticks.
