| Hokkaido Uni tray bought at Tsukiji Market |
Banya Tuna Totoro bowl were alright and the uni from Banya was not so fresh.
Lucky we bought a tray of uni from Tsukiji Market, they claimed to be from Hokkaido.
It taste great with the totoro don I ordered.
I didn't ask the restaurant if I can open up my own uni.
I just do it, until someone comes as make noise then I will keep it.
