I have been to many islands in this lifetime. Rottnest Island is by far the most lavishly equipped with cafe, restaurant, bar, bakery, supermarket, well basically modern convenience.
Dome Cafe is such a treat! The breakfast are palatable Aussie favorites and they are open daily 8am to 5pm. I would say, good to have decent meal on an island.
