Small fishing village nestled in a wooded defile, Yport take the fashion
of sea bathing in the late 19th century and welcomes people like
Boudin, Maupassant, Laurens or Dieterle. This time, Yport kept beautiful
bourgeois houses that flank the small fishermen's houses of brick and
flint on the beach, some boats and winches vivid reminder of the
maritime tradition of the village.
