Les Matins De Paris Hotel is fairly new, the room is very new, clean and Figs fruit flavoured amenities. Lift access and mediocre breakfast available daily. The hotel has spa amenities like steam room and indoor pool in the basement but only open to hotel guest upon request/reservation in advance. I was lucky to get a room with balcony. And able to see Sacre Coeur from my room balcony. Room facing the opposite view gets a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower.
Parking Garage is 2 mins walk from the hotel (Separate Entity and paid to the garage).
Walking distance to the Metro! 700 meters. The neighbourhood has good variation of restaurant, produce, delicatessen, bakery and etc etc
I walked uphill to the funicular towards SacreCoeur from the hotel, approximately 900 meters to funicular!
