Restaurant sits just outside the Dubrovnik walls, right infront of the "blackwater bay" view.
The interesting thing about their menu were,
all the courses compliments local olive oil of different origins of Croatia.
Its nice to see Croatian produce being highlighted in a fancy manner.
The most memorable are Carpaccio, Lobster Bisque and Veal Medallion.
The only thing I didn't appreciate was the Carob Cake.
It was my first time having Pag Cheese, its like the lighter umami taste of Parmersan.
The maitre d brought us some digestive to end the evening dinner.
