Frank's Cafe has made it to the Instagrammable of Seoul food scene. The Mendl’s Courtesan au Chocolat is stunning on picture that starred in Wes Anderson’s The Grand Budapest Hotel movie. Taste wise, its quite lousy, the choux pastry had already been soggy. The cakes on the other hand is quite soft and creamy. I especially love the milk cow swiss roll. The portion is too big for 1 person though.
I highly recommend the Rainbow Rolls. The cafe is rather hidden but once you find it, its tucked high up in the hills of Itaewon.
