Bills Cafe is popular for their hearty Aussie breakfast. Their signature ricotta hotcakes is the draw here. I am not sure whats so good about them after tasting it.
I felt the hotcakes was a bit wet/moist on the inside. Probably it was how its suppose to be.
The scramble eggs was ordinary though, i must say its hard to maintain consistency if this cafe is churning eggs daily like no tomorrow
Overall, its not worth the queue and on the expensive side.
