Its not as bad as I thought the experience with Scoot Biz would be, the seats little smaller in width compare all the business class offered on most commercial airlines. Overall flight journey was smooth sailing and good. Being a budget airlines, you can tell they squeeze as many seats as possible with Seat Configuration of 2 -3 - 2. This is why the Business Class seats are narrower.
The food was very lousy: I had Braised Chicken with Rice and Nasi Lemak on the returned flight which I gave up taking picture of.
The entertainment on board requires your own device. Scoot Biz gets entertainment password inclusive in the cabin class.
The only thing that impressed me was the UNLIMITED WIFI (24 hours WIFI) on board.
It was only SGD$25 one way, if you prepaid online. I kept myself occupied by accessing email, instagram and whatsapp with friends while on board through out the 5 hours flight. Qatar Airways offers like USD$10 for like 500 MB only, which is not value for money.
Additionally, Scoot Biz entitles you to 30KG baggage and priority boarding.
