Yes this business class for short-haul flights in Europe.
Its just make shift economy class with vacant seat in between.
It was an hour flight. They even served full meals for the Business Class passenger.
It was a morning flight, breakfast with croissants and bread, sparkling water, Tea or Coffee and fruits platter.
There is no entertainment system on board.
Unlike other one hour flight I have taken from SIN to KUL gets you a small dish and 2 drinks on Malaysia Airlines.
