Swimming pool Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur |
Had a great stays in Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, its quite expensive but its worth it, the level of hospitality is beyond my expectation. From booking of restaurants to having your luggage being towed to unlock at Rimowa store.
The surprise factor of Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is the Sky Lobby, with the backdrop of the Petronas Twin Tower. The Gym and Sauna facilities were top notch. The twin room was spacious and high ceiling. This is the perks when the hotel built its own building placing the customer's need in mind. Everything was well thought out and only negativity would be the separate lifts to the rooms.
