how to UNLOCK Trainspotter foursquare badge

Must follow BART and 10x checkin at venues.

for those in other countries.
just pause using foursquare for a day or start a new day of foursquare day every 4 am local time.
visit foursquare.com/mobile log in and check-in using pc/laptop
be sure to change location and check in!
