Must connect to the GoGo WiFi service on a flight (costs $12.95) and do a shout out from your connected device. You can also use the Foursquare Mobile App or from your laptop to do the shout out anything you want!
Gentle Reminder, you must pay for the service in order to unlock the badge.
Trick is ask people in twitter who took gogo flight to login your foursquare account & check in, it all depends on them whether they wanna help or not!
