Just log 3 activities (by iphone or web site) on 3 separate days. Be sure to connect your account to foursquare.com on RunKeeper.com web site via “Settings > Sharing”
I managed to logged 3 activites within the 5 mins of the day and i got my badge.
be it running, cycling and pedaling.
