A hidden gem in Auxerre, the cooking is simple, rustic and on point. And Chez Joseph serving the front of the house alone, and his wife at the back of the kitchen. I love the quirky, old cinema turned restaurant. Movie Poster and murals hanged side by side until the whole restaurant is covered.
