Uncle Leong Seafood has multiple outlet, but this one is Toa Payoh's
If you did not reserve in advance, then be sure to go after 9pm!
Their Signature Hor Fun!
Smooth and blackened sauce just the way I like it when I eat them in Malaysia!
Signature Housemade Tofu with sauteed button mushroom and brocoli
Trio Eggs Spinach!
Chicken Floss with Deep Fried Aubergine
Coffee Spare Ribs!
The star of the night!
Salted Egg Butter-coated Crab!
Growing up eating butter chicken dishes, especially for south east asian cusine,
its natural to add curry leaves for fragrance!
Look at this giant claw! awaits me to tackle it!
Chilli Crab version is good too!
I like the consistency of the sauce and so far ate there thrice!
the crab is consistently fresh!
and of course! no chili crab is complete without the must have Deep Fried Mantou!
Finally uncovered the chunk of crab meat!
Just by looking at this picture, I could like the top shell of the crab squeaky clean!
I personally love going to Uncle Leong Seafood, although its a distance to get there! Its worth making the trip there by cab and return, it would still not cost a bomb!
In addition they charge a very fair price for a great decent dinner for big family!
Dinner for 10 people (2 versions of crabs) under SGD$250 including soft drinks.
Must Try
Signature Tofu, Chili Crab, Pepper Crab, Salted Egg Crab, Coffee Spare Ribs and more!!!!

This restaurant hits the spot for me for my Singapore Chinese cuisine cravings.
Definitely a must, if you are visiting Singapore and would like to try the local chili crabs!
Do not go to Boat Quay or Clarke Quay (Those are the tourist traps)
