U Cafe Yong Tau Fu at China Square Central basement has been a long running establishment. I had no idea of where they were at prior to this location.
Their Yong Tau Fu were praised for their deep fried bittergourd and aubergine.
Thats my ultimate favourite combination. The red sweet sauce are so addictive.
