Sushi Jin is the latest addition to Les Amis Group. Headed by the Chef Raymond Tan. This place very popular at the moment, it has limited seating and the ingredients are fresh and good quality. Its an expensive place to dine too.
How to order the (Off the menu items). Just by showing the chefs or waiter the image you saw on instagram or blogs. Little did I know, ordering off the menu is like a Russian Roulette, you will never know the price tag of a bowl of don until you receive the bill. The bowl of Uni, Wagyu Beef, Onsen and Foie Gras is SGD85++ for lunch inclusive of miso soup, simple salad and ice cream.
Technically its not worth the money but its definitely instagram worthy dish!
$85 per bowl, the portion were really little, surely you can buy a stack of Uni at $99.
Visit this place only if you have extra cash to spend. I spent $150 per pax on lunch.
