I had dinner at the Ma Maison at Central Mall in Clark Quay. It wasn't as good as the last time I had it in Bugis! It was quite a long time ago. The food at this outlet was appalling, not fresh, pork was not fresh and has a stinky after taste! I don't recommend to go to this outlet at Clark Quay. The scallop carpaccio was so obviously freshly defrosted.
Overall, forget about this place.
