I was so fascinated by the ingredient soaked with the olive oil

i decided to recommend soaking curry leaves to produce a more local flavoured olive oil

below recipe is bay leave, a whole chili, some rosemary and other spices

i found this beautiful lawn at a boutique hotel..

modern looking aint it...
