Hock Lam Beef - The original since 1911
The Oldest Teochew Beef Kway Teow is located at 22 China Square #01-01
Far East Square.
The soup is very rich in flavor. I had the sliced beef with no noodle at all.
There were plenty of bean sprouts and greens. I had the tendon add on.
The overall dish is good but not great. I wouldn't even think about coming back. The chicken Karage was oily and re-fried texture.
